The wait is finally over. Shirley Kwan has come up with her first Cantonese studio album since ‘EX’ All Time Favorites in 1995, and this hopefully is just the beginning of a new Shirley’s era! The acclaimed Hong Kong pop diva held the Unexpected Shirley Kwan in Concert last year, during which she performed new songs “Divine Rules” and “Mountains and Waters”. The remix versions of these two songs make their way onto the album, which also features the main plug “The End of the Earth” penned by Lin Xi. Other attractions include the hot karaoke pick “Men Left Women Right” with Leo Ku, TVB drama theme songs “Diamond Jubilee” (for the Anniversary drama The Gem of Life) and “Once Only” (for the sitcom Best Selling Secrets), plus “All the Living Flowers” and “Three Millennia Before” recorded for the 12 Faces of Woman compilation album.
